Overview

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Presence Fit platform, including the Presence Fit Assessment™, all membership tiers, and any associated services provided by Presence Wardrobe LLC ("Presence Fit", "we", "us"). By purchasing an assessment, activating a membership, or using the platform, you agree to these terms in full.

Presence Fit Assessment — $79

The Presence Fit Assessment™ is a one-time diagnostic service fee of $79. It is not a subscription and is not part of any membership fee.

  • The $79 assessment fee is covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. See /guarantee for full terms.
  • The fee covers the evaluation process: questionnaire, photo analysis, body measurement review, and the generation of your Presence Profile.
  • The assessment fee does not apply as a credit toward membership.
  • Your Presence Profile is yours permanently — it is not affected by membership status.

Membership Plans

Presence Fit offers three membership tiers, all billed annually:

  • Presence Core — $49/mo · billed annually ($588/yr)
  • Presence Executive — $179/mo · billed annually ($2,148/yr)
  • Presence Signature — $495/mo · billed annually ($5,940/yr)

Membership provides access to the digital wardrobe platform, AI-powered outfit and purchase guidance, and (depending on tier) a Nedo-trained stylist or full wardrobe management service. Membership does not include the wardrobe budget — that is a separate spend allocated to clothing purchases, guided by the system.

Billing

All membership fees are billed annually at the time of purchase. By completing checkout, you authorise a single annual charge at the stated rate. Membership renews automatically each year unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.

  • You will receive a renewal reminder by email at least 14 days before your renewal date.
  • To cancel auto-renewal, notify us at [email protected] or cancel via your Dashboard at least 30 days before renewal.
  • Monthly flex billing (where available) is charged monthly and may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your annual membership at any time. Cancellation requires a minimum of 30 days' notice before your desired end date.

Upon cancellation:

  • Your membership remains fully active — including the app, your Presence Profile, and your digital wardrobe — for the remainder of your paid period.
  • Access continues until the end of the last paid day, not the cancellation request date.
  • Auto-renewal is disabled immediately upon confirmed cancellation.

Refund Policy

Presence Fit offers a prorated refund for unused membership months, calculated as follows:

  • Refund amount = the value of unused full months remaining after the 30-day notice period.
  • Deduction: $75 per 1-on-1 consultation session redeemed during the membership period (applies to all tiers).
  • The $79 Presence Fit Assessment fee is subject to our 100% satisfaction guarantee. See /guarantee for full terms.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation being confirmed.

Example: If you purchased a Presence Core membership ($588/yr) and cancel after 4 months with 8 months remaining, and you redeemed one 1-on-1 session, your refund would be: (8 ÷ 12) × $588 − $75 = $392 − $75 = $317 refunded.

No refund is issued if the cancellation request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date and the onboarding session has been completed, as the core service has been delivered.

1-on-1 Consultation Sessions

Certain membership tiers include access to 1-on-1 consultations with a Nedo-trained stylist. These sessions are valued at $75 each and are deducted from any applicable refund if redeemed.

  • Sessions must be booked through the platform and are subject to availability.
  • Unused session credits do not roll over beyond the membership period.
  • Sessions are non-transferable.

Platform Access & Digital Wardrobe

Your Presence Profile and digital wardrobe data are stored securely and remain accessible as long as your membership is active. Upon membership expiry or cancellation:

  • Your Presence Profile (body data, color system, fit rules) is retained permanently — it is yours regardless of membership status.
  • Active wardrobe management features (stylist access, outfit suggestions, purchase guidance) are suspended at the end of the paid period.
  • You may reactivate your membership at any time to restore full access.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Presence Fit platform solely for personal wardrobe management purposes. You may not share your account, resell access, or use the platform for commercial styling services without written permission from Presence Fit.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Presence Fit platform — including the Presence Fit Assessment™ methodology, the Nedo Bellucci body analysis framework, wardrobe system architecture, and all written and visual materials — is the intellectual property of Presence Wardrobe LLC. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Presence Fit provides wardrobe guidance and styling recommendations based on your Presence Profile. We do not guarantee specific outcomes in professional or social settings. Results depend on individual factors including but not limited to body changes, lifestyle shifts, and personal preference evolution.

Our liability is limited to the membership fee paid in the most recent billing period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. You will be notified by email at least 14 days before any material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
